1. Where do you perform the ceremony exactly and how long will it take?
Although, we remain flexible, our recommended specialty is on, under or near our landmark HB Pier located at Main St. and Pacific Coast Highway, HB, CA. The HB Pier is one of the most photographed piers in the world and for good reason, it is an excellent backdrop to have in pictures of your wedding day. HB also has amazing daily sunsets. The vows only take 5-10 mins, but please plan for a minimum of one full hour, start to finish with set up, pre and post wedding photos.
2. How do we obtain our Orange County marriage license?
Couples must complete their marriage license application online (link below) then both of you must appear in person with government issued photo identification at one of the OC offices listed online. Cost is $61.00.

3. Can we bring guests, if so, how many?
The short answer is yes! However, please know there will not be any seating provided for said guests. This ceremony is meant to be a “short and sweet” exchange of vows, taking place on “non-reserved” public space. So, I would not recommend more than say 12 guests, but please feel free to call me to discuss.
4. Are there any days of the week or year that you will not perform our ceremony?
I am open to performing any day of the week, and any time of the day, that I am available. I know some wedding officiants, weirdly will not do weekends or shy away from the beach in the summertime, because it so busy. Nonetheless, I will work with you as best I can to accommodate your preferred schedule.
5. How far in advance must we reserve your services?
The earlier you contact me, the more likely I can accommodate your preferred date. However, if you call me the day before or even the day of and I am available, we could theoretically make it happen.
6. Speaking of witnesses, do we have to bring one?
No, we can provide one for you.
7. Will you have the capability to play “our song” during/after the ceremony?
Yes, please let me know your preferred song list.
8. Can we hire our own photographer, videographer, musical accompaniment et al.?
Yes, of course, this is your special day, please do what makes you most happy! I can also provide referrals on all the above, as well as, lodging, car service, hair & makeup, florist, dining etc.

9. Do you only do elopements & vow renewals near the HB Pier?
No, on a case-by-case basis, I am happy to discuss alternative OC locations and/or officiating your traditional wedding, as long as I am available on your wedding date, and it is located within approximately 25 miles of Huntington Beach. Pricing may vary for alternative sites.
